The Bread Barn in Madison, WIHow to Care for your Bread Barn Breads and Granola

Our breads will last on your counter for about 5 days. However, our breads freeze excellently for 6-8 weeks. Buy a variety and put half of each loaf into your freezer to bring out later to eat. In hot, humid weather we recommend that you freeze or refrigerate your bread 2-3 days after purchase.

Our granola will keep right in the bag for up to 3 months. Or transfer to an airtight container and freeze.
